It is important we get our message out both across the industry and to the consumer.
A major focus for us has been the increasing timeframe from accepting an offer on a property through the completion. You will see from the data how elongated that process has become and therefore how stressful for all concerned. Our priority has been about trying to speed up that process but also speed it up in a way that fits with the times, demands and changes of the modern world. Providing information upfront through the BASPI and the Property Pack and not only that but additionally with the ability to share information digitally is key to this transformation.
